There's no place to get advice about a specific profile, but if you reply to any email, you'll see a big red banner that tells you DO NOT SEND MONEY TO OTHER USERS FOR ANY REASON!   
which is pretty good advice pertaining to every profile.  There are also a couple of links that tell you about Common Scams and Online Safety Information.

A good rule of thumb here is, if she looks too good to be true, dude, she probably is.

There are no blacklists on this site.  They are forbidden.  There are also no positive lists either.  You have to do your own homework.  No one is going to make it easy for you.

Sorry, I don't think you are going to find what you are looking for.  You will just have to slog through the profiles, and figure it out in real time if they are fake, scammers, just out for your money, etc.  Hang onto your wallet until you find someone genuine.  Check out the positive experiences board, that will boost your spirits.  Not all of us have our hungry little eyes on your bank account. 

However, if you have a burning need to toss some money about, I will be happy to help you out.  [;)] I need to call a plumber out here, and don't have the cash!  [:o]  I'm kidding of course!

If "they" are demanding tribute other than a small token, then you are nothing more than a business transaction. They maybe good and fulfill your phyiscal need or they maybe a total rip off. Caveat emptor - Let the buyer Beware!

If you are looking for an emotional connection and a possible relationship the "demanding tributes" are not what you seek.
