Again, the point being that you can be traded but there is no legal binding. Also I am quite aware of self-proclaimed and actual slaves traded within the borders, but the primary difference being that here the law is far more observant and protective of these people rather than taking a blind eye with the right ammount of $motivation$. You can be traded to your hearts content, even within a Gor community, but at the deep of it you are there by choice not by force. One call to a local law official and the illusion goes up in smoke as the arrests begin and your so-called slavery dissolves. I should know there was a recent event that happened not far from here just last year in a lifestyle park. So thus back to my point, that yes you can have a pretend enslavement, many elements of which may feel and be very real but in the end, at the furthest reaches of your mind, to many they know there is an escape, an ultimate release if they so desired. It is that awareness that keeps from absolution, as you still hold within you the key to your control and have not relinquished it totally. Perhaps this is a matter of semantics to some, but to others they can see quite clearly the significant difference of such.
