Mmmm, daydreams are nice.  They are the birthplace of my goals.  Earlier, I was daydreaming about doing naughty things on Daddy's front porch, later while laying down to get rid of a migraine I was dreaming about going to Vegas.  I've never been there.  And how cool it would be to get married by Elvis.  After I got off the phone with the best friend, I was thinking about our mom-and-kiddo compound that we long to build.  My wing would be Monica's Stay and Play, complete with playground equipment, professional kitchen, and pool table.

And I shouldnt bother with learning Welsh; youre best off learning how to sneer with an upper class English accent if you want to make friends LOL!

oops.. yes, of course you're right/.. I'm still trying to get it all straight..LOL

*smoooch*

And I'm not so sure I could pull off the upperclass accent.. hell, for that matter I'm not even sure about the sneer!! LOL

But I would like to learn at least a few phrases in Welsh....

A country place that I can live on in a self sustaining manner. The best green technology for my power needs. It should be in a climate that facilitates growing most of my own food. I want two ponds, one for fishing and one for swimming.

Fruit trees and berry patches (maybe a profit-making enterprise) rhubarb, asparagus.

I want my house to be an earthbag building, or some other sustainable, efficient home.

I'm sure there are more details to add.

today, my daydream is to have a COMPETENT lawyer.  that, alas, is not to be.  so no, not having the divorce finalized tomorrow, instead its another round of "notarize this" and "it should be final by the end of november.  almost definitely by the end of december, i'm nearly sure of it!"

TWAT.  *sighs*  on the other hand, i have a new tattoo that i love and TheEngineer says i'm his pet and his wife, no matter what my papers actually say.

Ah don't worry GT, Powys the area is nice, the locals are ok, but a bit reserved, get to know them, show them you are honest and you should get on fine.

Tell them you have welsh ancestry, that should help.

My daydream today was, how long it would be before I was forced to tidy my flat again after having spent the last two days tidying! The flat is the smallest we have of flats, what is called a studio flat and it is a studio, I live amongst my easel and art materials, silversmithing bench, tools and materials, a veritable workshop cum living space. Hahaha, I live in my workshop, the dream of many artists and craftsmen.

My daydreams are of a more practical sort.
  • A favorable resolution of an extremely serious situation my family is currently enduring, never to face such gravity ever again.
  • To be able to put R.N. after my name sooner rather than later

I dream of real justice, not just the illusion.

And of torturing those that try to trick her by dragging them naked and bound through river bottoms full of stinging nettle for hour and hours.

I'm one of those 'happily ever after' saps, so when I daydream, it tends to be some permutation of that with various facets.
Artists and daydreams, Aneirin; you are in a creative mood this night, eh?  :>

I go back to one long afternoon in 1976 and riding a black triumph bonneville through endless country roads baked hard by the sun, with no need for a jacket, to drinking ice cold cider in a wood listening to trees cracking in the heat and birds overhead while spanking and shagging a wonderfully filthy minded blonde girl with cornflower blue eyes, enormous breasts and an endless need for the clap of hand on arse and then lying arse naked on a blanket with her for hours. I can still smell the blend of perfume and sweat and cold cider, still feel her massive tits against my cock and still feel her pussy gripping me like I was saving it from drowning. I can still feel the hot sting of my hand on her well rounded bum and the giggling and squirming that drove me mad. I can hear the bike ticking as it cooled, still smell the leather from her jacket on her skin, still feel the struggle with her jeans belt while trying to look cool when really losing any kind of sense I ever had except the bloody circus going on in my own jeans, still feel the wish that I could die when I come as there was no way life could ever be this good again.
It was just one afternoon, just a healthy happy dorset girl with nothing to do, but it will go with me to my grave, if that was the only heaven I will ever know, at least I've had that. I go back there a lot. But only in my heart.

Aww... man.
I'm sitting in miserable cold damp Vienna, no bike and a broken heart.

I can actually hear the bike cooling... It's a unique sound that stays with you forever. All it needed for me was the gurgle of a small stream nearby.

Nice image/memory/daydream.

Thanks for the smile :)

John.

My current daydream seems rather mundane in comparison to castles. It began when I decided to move to a city (Austin TX), I had this vision of me living in a city for the first time. No longer isolated but surrounded by people and things to do. Slowly becoming a regular at the local coffee shop, becoming a familiar face at my closest farmers market. I'd smile and chat with the same people and eventually make friends. There would be nights out, nights where I would don my bravery like a cloak and go to events like the hottest music places by myself with not a care in the world.

In my daydream I am utterly brave and fine with living alone.
Unfortunately I thought about it for so long, assuming that it would be my reality which of course is far from the case.

Daydreams can be wonderful things, transforming ones current world into the world that is wanted without much effort.

I dream of a home of my own design on a property with a small lake on it and about 100 acres so I can hunt  and garden also. I have found the property down the road from me but not the money to buy it with.
