in a much anticipated arrangement, elton john is to wed his male partner. it's being done very lavishly and publicly, and they say it's the biggest to do there since charles married diana. nice to hear some places are a bit more tolerant.

Mabye this event will finally convince my mom that Elton John is GAY. Even when he appeard with Ms Piggy in all PINK on the Muppet Show, my mom will still not belive me when I tell her that Elton John is gay. But she also thinks that Richard Simmons is also straight. If only Elton and Richard would marry each other. I could see that as a very lavinish wedding that might open my moms eyes.
