Can someone give me some advice in using ElectroSex Toys? I am looking into using it on my submissive and I was wondering what are the best units to start with and do they actually make your submissives have an orgasm? I am not looking for pain but a different type of stimulus for her?

I'll let someone who is more knowledgeable tell you about the types of units.

My advice is to find someone with the unit you might wish to purchase and have it used on your submissive before you buy. My Dom's over $500 investment on a highly rated unit works great on some female submissives and gives them multiple orgasms, and yet i get nothing from it. It's also been used on another submissive who felt much as I do. As a result it is used about once a year. It was wasted money. You also need to familiarize yourself with what is safe and not safe to do with whatever unit you purchase.

we have an e-stim as well as several rimba units,,but what we have found through trial and error is that the stainless-steel attachments work far better and give more desired effects from any unit you chose to use,,,,yes they are expensive but more than worth there weight in steel-lol...

Have tried a toy I believe is called a "Stinger" (May not be the correct name; it's 2 conical metal points that when touched against the skin, give an electrical jolt). Enjoyed it quite a lot. It is not a part of my collection but I believe the cost was about $60, so nothing with which to break the bank.

On the more edgy end of the specrtrum, a power drill with hammer drill facilities can give immence fun especially for the Doninant and one who is able to adept a variety of sex toys to being used in a drill..

There is only one word that i can use to describe the tens unit insertibles: WONDERFUL. Especially the stainless steel.
