1. The refurb of my pub has been put back until after xmas. This means i have no heating, no kitchen and no carpets. How the fuck i will cook a xmas dinner without a cooker i don't know. Would you believe i don't even have a kitchen sink!!
 
2. The person i lent £360 to has disappeared off the face of the earth. I was relying on that money to buy my um's xmas pressies.
 
3. My chipped ankle bone is showing no signs of getting better.
 
4. Two customers i barred from my premises yesterday have decided it's amusing to send unordered taxis and take aways to my pub. This has been going on for 24 hours.
 
5. I fell out with my mum. In fact she is now on the phone ranting at me [:o].
 
But on the bright side i have a kinda date tomorrow [:D]

This is true lol.
 
However after finishing my phone convo with my mum ive decided i just cant win.
I forgot my aunties 60th birthday oops. Now i know i shouldnt have but i arranged for flowers for her today costing me well over £50 because they live in spain and i live in the UK. Apparently my mum would have prefered i sent a text to apologise. Huh?

1. Get yourself to a solicitor for a free consultation; it cant be right that the brewery/whoever can leave the place like that and expect you to live there safeguarding their property. Given that theyre charging you within the lease or however else for your living space, and they are not providing a liveable space they must be in default of the agreement, must put things right and ought to pay compensation (with which you can buy xmas presents)

2.Never, ever, ever lend money (a) you cant afford to lose and (b) to anyone you wouldnt give the money to without wanting repayment. Given that you have, and given that there are various forms of "debt collector" in the area who dont advertise in the Yellow Pages, get it back, giving the collectors a cut; even at 50% you're 50% up on where you are now. An affiliation with such debt collectors may also come in useful for solving problem (4) and preventing recurrence, given their other lines of business. WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT BORROW FROM LOAN AGENTS CALLING AT THE DOOR.

3.Rest and nutrition - no booze, no cigarettes.

4. see above and report to police too in case of escalation or being pinned with paying up for this stuff.
