i have listened to Oothers and read many things concerning aftercare. When Master and i first got together He bought me a warm blanket since i get so cold and shiver. He also has bought me every year a new stuff animal to also cuddle. i especially use my teddy bear or bunny when Wwe play in public as He needs to clean the equipment and gather His tools if there is Ssomeone waiting. He always has water for me. He holds and strokes me til i am settled and start to come around. Sometimes i don't really come around. He just gently guides me and doesn't let me out of His sight. He has stated that this also helps Him as He is in His own space.His Dominant space as He calls it. When He is playing with me or someone else, the roof could cave in and He probably wouldn't notice as He is so focused on the person and what He is doing. i am fortunate that Wwe live together 24/7 and i get all the holding that i emotionally need. i have gone so deep because of the intense play that i am not back to normal for a few days. If i am walking around with my bunny, He knows exactly where my head is. i also make sure there is plenty of protein, usually in the form of red meat, and He makes sure i consume it. Wwe have found that protein helps me recover faster and better. i was wondering what Oothers do or have done???

If we're in public, he has a bathrobe I wear after and we cuddle for a bit. He really likes that part. I usually don't talk much for the rest of the evening, or at least until we are alone, especially if I had a really good time. If I stayed like that for days, though, I think he would stop playing with me.

Well, we don't play in public but what I need after intense play is warmth and sleep. He pulls the heavy quilt on top of me and lets me fall asleep with him, he sometimes sleeps but more often is energized. And I always bring a glass of water in or two.

For me it really depends on the scene and the circumstances. Sometimes I wasn't afforded aftercare and I had to suck it up and behave as any normal responsible adult shuold. A lot of times I don't need aftercare at all. Sometimes it hits me a few days later so I like knowing there's someone I can decompress with then. Mostly juice, and time to lay down and not have to interact with anyone or do anything is nice.

No specific aftercare here. We have ongoing care. Life goes on, we have always talked, talked, talked and perhaps that's all that's required. I havn't ever thought about or expected anything in particular. If I'm sleepy, I sleep, If I'm hungry I eat. I haven't required any special 'looking after' but that could be because I've never had any ......lol agirl

I just need water after any session - home or public. Cuddle me? usually not stroke me but let me sit or stand on my own - better..... don't know why - just always been like this....even when I've really gone into subspace deeply - too much cuddle and I crash out of it. jani

if it's something new and/or intense i do need some physical time with him... i need reassurance, kisses, things like that. sometimes i don't need anything after but a cheeseburger lol.

I need cuddles and a bourbon if at home. Maybe chocolate. Sometimes i need tylenol pm or benydryl or anything thats going to help me sleep. I usually REALLy wired and dont sleep well after a session.

I prefer time to myself as after-care. The more shaken-up, the longer I need to reflect. Usually a half hour is good. Glass of vino, tv or music. A time to settle.

cuddling is nice he always gives me something to drink and a blankie he's good about taking care of a toy after playing with it =p though sometimes if i'm really worn out, i just blank right out for a great night's sleep

After care for us is cuddle time and ice cream. It never fails, Fox gets nightmares after intense playtime if there it no ice cream in our aftercare.

Not a lot of experience in this yet, but skin to skin touch and cuddle time has been really important to me and I seem to crave it after play. My Lady is wonderful about that! My first experience in public play also involved electrical toys. Even though we did not do a whole lot, nor at any real intensity, it just totally sacked me out.

Gawd, yes, a cheeseburger! I need cuddles, affection ... and then when on the way home, a drive-thru. I'm always ravenous.

I am glad some other people do not require any special after care either. I have never needed anything. I was thinking I was weird, wondering what all the after care hype was about.
