evening all , As we all have different tastes and experiences I thought it would be interesting to see what is on your personal check list of * you MAY be talking with a wanna be/wanker* Guess I will start ... if the person I am talking to is all about their genitals when we talk ... if the cannot respect My request of what they can call me... (I ask what they wish to be called and make a point of calling them that... I would hope for the same but sadly have been disappointed ) did I mention the ones that won't stop talking about how their genitals ?? The ones that think I should be always in the head space to make slaves lick my boots... (heads up not all Dommes/Mistress/Tops etc wear boots.. I have fun in chucks aka Converse... ) gosh this list is getting longer by the moment .... I will jump to the bottom if the person cannot see me as a person but rather a mean male bashing womanizing b*tch .. yeah ... they might be a wanker ... okay so who else wants to share their lists?

I never see anyone as a "wannabe"..just someone who is simply incompatible with my personality. One's wannabe is another's dream.

Exactly :) I've had people call me wannabe for incredibly silly reasons such as having my own definitions and opinions for some things or not having the kind of relationship that they judged "normal". In the end, it always comes down to having different views and/or interests and that's pretty much it. Of course, everyone runs into some folks that we find silly or annoying but they could very well be ideal partners for some other people... I think as long as a person is honest to themselves then they are real no matter what other people may think of them :)

I don't think I have ever used the term wannabe... wanker... troll... sex addict... yup... I've used those! lol I have seen people use bdsm as a way to be a player. I think in that situation I might be tempted to call them a wannabe. I find the men seeking a mistress-play-toy types disgusting and the signs of those... too many to list! lol But the main focus tends to be them and sex.

lots of negative comments, but really I perceive most wannabe's listed as just inexperienced, ignorant of what happens. Maybe they are intrigued, or want to find out more so they ask naive questions, I don't remember being born with a BDSM handbook in my hand LOL Just my own opinion... Dreamer

Why do you find it necessary to post negative things about others and yet have a name like 'Joyful'? Not very. Repost - Someones wannabe or fake is someone elses somebody. It's incompatability, not another label. For me, someone who posts lists would be pretty much a turnoff. the.dark.

Since I've been called a wannabe and a fake, I don't like to do it to others. I'm submissive to one, to the right one for me. I hope everyone else deserves the same courtesy. What are immediate cues of incompatibility is a different story. In that, a dominant who says he will decide which of my hard limits he will or will not respect gets an immediate 'thanks but no thanks'.

I have never met in person, talked to online or in person; this so called 'wannabe' that you refer to. I have, however, come across others who are incompatible with myself; physically, mentally and emotionally. This does not mean that they are 'wannabe's or fakes' though; it simply means that we have different goals.

I kinda felt like a "wannabe" this morning... I have been waiting for my collar for a VERY long time now, and I finally got it.... bt this morning, I had to take it off.... My allergies were so bad, that I felt like I was suffocating.... It felt like it was too tight... Feeling like I wasn't good enough isn't a good feeling.... I would never tell anyone that they are a "wannabe" and risk hurting thier feelings... I am a submissive, but I tend to tell Sweets what to do (in a playful kind of way).... He does things for me, and I do things for Him... He doesn't exactly order me around... and I don't exactly kneel at His {Nasty hobbit} feet.... Does that make us BOTH "wannabes"? I don't think it does... We know what works for US... That doesn't mean that it works for everyone... Before Sweets and I got together, I hated how He always talked about sex... it was annoying... (And yes, he knows this.. lol) But Now, I am the one that brings it up more... He hasn't changed anything... So, see, Just because it's not something that YOU want, doesn't mean that SOMEONE out there doesn't think that they will be the PERFECT one for them... So, I don't think that anyone is a wanna be.... Maybe someone wants to just be a bedroom subby, or Dom.... and not have ANYTHING like that in R/L.... Someone will find that is exactly what they want... Don't knock anyone....
