LoL WD, to be honest, I usually felt pretty vanilla after a transatlantic flight, being in an airplane seat for hours and hours, your back and butt will hurt and all you need when you step off the plane is a shower and STRETCHING your legs properly.... My trick is usually drinking 2 G&T so I fall asleep, carry a big bottle of water with me and every waking minute of the flight drink spicy tomato juice and follow it up with lots of water, helps to stop dehydration in the plane, but the seats just don't have enough legroom and I often end up next to the overweight person who flops over to my seat
