The site you quoted is in no way relevant to our TOS in that it refers to the age of consent for sexual activity, whereas the age of consent relevant to our TOS pertains to adult materials. These are two fundamentally unrelated and different legal constructs. We don't necessarily expect our users to be cognizant of such fine-grained legal distinctions, but then again most of them take a few moments to read the guidelines which clearly prohibit discussion of sexual activity involving children. Most of them also have the respect not to come here demanding to post whatever content they want and then to spitefully accuse us of "getting our panties in a bunch."
