For those that do not know, in Quebec Canada there was a major victoryfor kink lifestyles in the courts. The Supreme Court of Quebec over turned a conviction of someone who was running a swingers club.
What is interesting is that the Chief Justice has used the “No Harm” standard to define indecent acts.
“ The Court in Little Sisters confirmed that harm is an essential ingredient of obscenity. As Binnie J. pointed out, “the phrase ‘degrading and dehumanizing’ in Butler is qualified immediately by the words ‘if the risk of harm is substantial’. ... This makes it clear that not all sexually explicit erotica depicting adults engaged in conduct which is considered to be degrading or dehumanizing is obscene. The material must also create a substantial risk of harm which exceeds the community’s tolerance”(emphasis added, at para. 60).”

It seems that up in Canada, we are making major strides in sexual freedoms. Of course I am waiting the backlash LOL.
Now if we could only help our friends down in the states.
And just think this could open up the way for polys too.
Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, Season’s Greetings and whatever else applies ;-)

Hell it was 20 degrees in SouthEaster North Carolina last night. All I was missing was snow. It might of been warmer! So a trip to Canada just might be in order, just to warm up some!... LOL

lol hey one of the reasons we are becoming so tolerant is there isn't anything else to do during the cold months.... ;-)
Also, if you check out our weather, we in Manitoba have pretty much the same as North Dakota. And BC is mild all year around. Calgary is often on the plus side of the Celsius scale.
Heck they are calling for +2 Celsius on Christmas Day…
So, a bit of cold, and freedom for sexuality… or warmish and go to jail for looking at dirty pictures online …
Ohhhhhh Canada our horny native land…
