Have you considered allowing her to just get to know this other girl as a friend first to see if they even have any ummppphhhh between them?

Then if they do, allowing her first girl on girl sexual encounter be without the pressures of an audience?

For me, I would be a wreck if I were expected to have my first girl on girl action with not only my Master watching, but some strange man as well.

Although j continues to look forward to this opportunity, I will discuss your comments with her, since the reality will be different than her fantasy.

The four of us will meet at a restraint first to give her a chance to evaluate her feelings closer to the action.

Stay in the same room; she will feel safer if she knows you are in charge and present in all ways...including watching her for signs of distress/discomfort (emotional and physical).

Do not lead her in blind...let her know what is planned and the degree to which you expect interaction. (is this sexual or D/s...will this other woman dominate her or are they interacting as equals?)

i strongly suggest conscious effort on the part of male doms to ensure at the end of the day each woman feels owned and comforted by her own Master. (i know this should go without saying...but it doesn't, always.)

Go slowly; be sure these people are people you want to know at that intimate a level in real life, not just fantasy.

I would suggest talking to the other master and having a rough "script" for the play that you both agree on. Even in a vanilla threeway, it helps to have some idea of the game. Talking over scripts will also give you two a feel for how each of you plays. It might even be wise for you to watch him work his girl, and you let him watch you work yours, so that you both know each other's "style" and get a feel for the other person's tempo.
