I'm another vote for this. I truly believe that if you give them time, they'll let you know what they want to be called. Pumpkin da Punky, aka Lardo da Retardo, being an abandoned stray outside an apartment building, was called many names by various people. However, he answered best to Pumpkin and somehow wormed his gingery heart and skinny body into our hearts and home. Even others commented how he seemed to answer to "Pumpkin" and never to "Garfield", "Ginger" or other things that people called him. Even "Bill the Cat"! (Though he looks just like him!!)

I might add "Beauty" ( because she is ) and Prince Charming (but you could hardly call him that ... so "Charmer" for short

hmmmmm ... or maybe "Razz" and "MaTazz" ???

The little girl is Zoe, def.

Now... The little boy ... I dunno. He woke me up at 5 am because he wanted me to carry him to the litter box so I am seriously thinking about calling him PITA Pain In The A ...

He's kind of a meanie butt. He won't share the food with Zoe. I have to let her eat first and then let him eat, otherwise he eats his and then shoves her away from her bowl and eats that too. He bit me on the mouth this morning when I wouldn't share my sammich with him. So yeah ... He's a grouch.
