OK...I know movie threads have cropped up from time to time but we have new people and new movies every week and this thread is angled towards the inadvertent kink movie. These are main stream or independent films that are supposed to make people flinch and blanch but for those of us who are more sadistic or masochistic/submissive in nature end up on our personal lists of things to watch (with or without companions or vibrators)

I ran across one tonight ( I'm in a black mood) called Great American Snuff Film. (Netflix)
This is an Indy film supposedly based on true events... and we have:
Kidnapping                                        Caging
Duct tape bondage                             Cigarette torture
Chains and collars                              Breath play and Strangulation
Eating from dog dishes                       Rape
87 Minutes of things we do for fun carried to the penultimate undesired (I hope) end. Filmed as if with a 8 MM movie the sound can be overwhelming at times, but it is a truly gritty film. Nothing in it is gratuitous, not even the nudity, but it is gripping from start to finish.

Others that have fueled some interesting thoughts, fears  and desires have been:

Kiss the Girls
The Collector
Boxing Helena
Hard Candy
Broken
Otis

So what has made you sit in the dark hand hovering between popcorn, self and vibrator as you watched in fascination and horror?

I'm not sure I know what you're asking... But If I do, Monster starring Charlese Theron (sp) and Christina Ricci.... It was dark... and yet very.... Ummmm.... Yeah.. I really don't know how to explain it... If you've ever seen it, you probably understand. 
It has prostitutes, rape, lesbians, and murder.. VERY good movie...

Okay .. a few years back at Thunder in the Mountains .. a wicked Dom ( his name I cannot remember at this moment ) Hosted a class on how to turn movies into scenes... ~Fans self~ the vat of needles where a female drug user is thrown into to find a key in one of the saw movies turned into real life as he turned one of his *Students* into a way wicked pin cusion ... I was in AWE ... this girl looked as if she was a twisted statue of liberty when all was said and done with these wonderful needles sticking out of her fingertips ... and oh heavens .. My fondness of blood came out as each one was removed....
Okay okay getting back to the movies...
the somewhat recent 007 movie with the cbt...
the harry potter movie that had a lovely pen that carved into flesh whatever is written ( okay odd I know but if real I would SOOO want one !)
I will sahre more when my head gets out of this borderline headache stage
this could be a fun thread thank you for starting it

I guess I didn't quite explain it well enough.

OK...a movie caught your eye as you were looking around for something to watch or headed off to the movies. It's main stream or an Indy but the premise caught your interest and you sit down to watch. You know if it is main stream they are just not going to go very far on the torture, but then, they do. The Corporal Punishment in Starship Troopers that has you squirming in your seat picturing yourself in Rico's place. The cells of the Dungeon in Kiss the Girls, The focus of the Doctor in Boxing Helena as he traps his object of obsession in his home and removes each limb making her fully dependent upon him. Movies that fuel fantasies and leave you quivering.

That is what Great American Snuff Film did to me tonight. I figured it was just going to be another gore fest, quasi documentary..ala Henry Portrait of a Serial Killer, no..finesse, no real plot or logic, just gore for gores sake. Instead it is a riviting look into the minds of two Sexual Sadists with all the trappings of the things we do but carried far further than most of us are willing to go, thankfully. Without dropping into porn or a blood fest, it still manages to leave you squirming and figuring out ways of doing the same things in a safer manner allowing for survival, such as JoyfulMistress's  example Dom and the scene from Saw.

I will admit I missed one..Black Snake Moan.

So what movie has fueled your fantasies unexpectedly...and how?

Ahhh I get it now.  Definitely Black Snake Moan.  Also Henry Portrait of a Serial Killer.  Blue Velvet.  The Cook, The Thief, His Wife and Her Lover.

CRASH, not the one that came out last year, but the one with James Spader, Holly Hunter, and Rosanna Arquette.  It's based on a book (DANG authors name escapes me but he also wrote Empire of the Sun) and is about people who fetishize car crashes and the subsequent injuries.  SERIOUS hotness.

I posted this on a similar thread some time back, but I still get hard from the scene, from Serpent and the Rainbow, where the hero of the movie is tied to a chair in a Haitian prison, and the villian hammers a nail through his scrotum.  Ahhh, the Tonton Macoutes...what wonderful adverturers in new found tortures!!!!

I"m sure there are others but all I can think of right now is a movie I found call Feed.  It stars Alex O'Loughlin about this guy who keeps these women and keeps feeding them and gets off, they are grossly overweight, he feeds them till they die.  He is being chased by this guy assigned to a kind of sex police squad.  I"m not explaining it correctly, it has a lot of twist and turns...I got it because I was collecting Alex O'Loughlin's movies, but I really liked it

Here's a little known movie with a hilarious BDSM scene:  Which Way is Up?  In the scene in question, Richard Pryor's wife thinks she knows why their sex life is dull, and proceeds to tie him up to the bed. She whips him, and he screams.  She asks, "did that hurt?" and he says damn right it did...she says, "but I bet it hurt real good"  She then proceeds to shove a vibrator up his ass, and the funniest part is the sound, where you hear the high pitched buzz go to a low pitch hum ass she jams it in his ass.
