Hya.
I have experience of saline infusion of sac and breasts, though I would like to hear from anyone who has experience of silicone infusion.
I am aware of the risks with any infusion.
I know it is safe when done correctly.
Any info would be appreciated.

you cannot do a silicone "infusion". silicone is an inert substance, and does not disperse like saline will. if you inject silicone into your tissues, it will stay there.

if you inject silicone into your tissues, you run the risk of hitting a blood vessel. if you hit a blood vessel, you run a VERY large risk of blocking it, or sending silicone into your heart/lungs/brain. there are reasons that plastic surgeons no longer do direct silicone injections. its dangerous, if not downright deadly.

Pixiedustpet is right..silicone ain't your friend and women who had silicone implants in their early iteration had a great deal of medical problems when the implants burst and the silicone was disbursed throughout their body. Stick with saline. http://tuberose.com/Breast_Implants.html has some very graphic pictures of what can happen. PLEASE Be warned, these Are Medical Pictures, not for the weak of stomach. Do not eat and view unless you have a strong stomach.

Silicone has been used to enlarge breasts since at least the 1940s. Ini- tially, silicone oil was directly injected into the breasts. To prevent the sil-
icone gel from migrating to other parts of the body, the silicone gel would
be deliberately adulterated with other oils or other substances such as
petroleum jelly, beeswax, or shellac to cause scarring in the breast area.
Japanese prostitutes used silicone to enlarge their breasts, believing that
American servicemen preferred large breasts. Direct injections were also
widely used by showgirls in Las Vegas, where as many as 40,000 women
had silicone injections by 1976. 7 These direct injections of adulterated sil- icone caused serious medical problems as well as deaths. In 1965 the FDA
classified silicone injections as a drug regulated under the Food, Drug and
Cosmetic Act, and the FDA has not approved silicone injections for
human use or any cosmetic purpose.

Silicone, without a capsule, will migrate. Even if you could obtain medical grade silicone, injecting it into the body would be against the "safe" and "sane" part of the "ssc" thing.
While i disagree with large parts of the article link, i certainly don't disagree with the notion that "liquid" silicone should NOT be injected into anyone - especially someone that trusts you not to cause them damage.
