Do not clear the cache or delete the cookies. Make sure your link is to collarme.com not collarchat.com
Also make sure it say bhcp=1 at the end of the URL. That page is built for you every time you sign on, at the left are all the links. Mail, which changes to New Messages if you have unread mail, who's viewing me, edit profile, edit journal, all of that. I suspect that somehow you got linked to collarchat instead. Read those little letters at the top, they can be revealing.
If all else fails just type collarme.com into Google or siomething and your cookie should work. That is that you will log in transparently, right in with no password or anything.
