Hiya gang! I have been in the lifestyle for 20 summin' years -- I haven't had a whole lot of play the last few years. Maybe once a month or so. During that time, I would always come home with some delightful bruises to poke at for a few days. The last few months I have been playing on an average of once a week. It is very rare, these days that my marks last any longer than a couple of hours! It's not that my Dom isn't hitting me hard -- he is! And the welts are there -- they just don't turn into prizes to take home. Anyone else have an experience such as this? --will Sub for food HFI

I have read (but don't know for sure) that people who play heavy for long periods of time can become immune to bruising on those areas generally played with. HM explained it to me one night, but I can't remember exactly what he said.

If you want bruises take aspirin. Long known by Women's advocates for those in abusive relationships. Produces evidence. T

You sound like me, as when i am being spanked as punishment or what not, my bottom will heal before my Dom leaves, usually in a couple hours. Don't really have a lot of advice for you except maybe see what happens if he hits harder? If your into a little bit of the masochistic side, as i found out i have a small side to it.

Ask him to use more force or try a different implement. I don't think I've ever had a problem leaving marks on even the most die hard maso's
