Its not just WoW. Every other online game I play I use female characters. Even Maple Story. And what would be a normal amount of latency?

it depends on your location. i'm on the east coast and i get about 30-70 ms usually

Well, I am halfway across the world and I regularly get 500-800 ms. Still pretty okay though.
