You can find information on the rankings for international destinations, hotels, cruises, resorts, etc on this site. Very informative.
The most frightening runways are located in places where a mistake means flying into a mountain, off into the sea, over a cliff or into a mass of skyscrapers or restricted air space. I am by no means someone who normally becomes air sick but the photos of these places would have me packing the Dramamine or order cocktails before arrival
