I recently polited rejected a man (and blocked him) but he keeps creating new screen names and harassing me. I've been reporting and blocking, but since cm says it only looks at emails once a certain number of users have reported, and this man is creating new names (as female subs) just to harass me, the reports won't help. How can I stop him?

Might consider not being so polite ...

In the meantime delete and block immediately - maybe he'll burn out .

I hate to tell you, but i don't think you can STOP him. You have to ignore him, delete emails unread, and block new screen names. Its a pain, but not life threatening.

This is the greatest thing about online!

You dont need to read it, you dont need to answer, you dont need to block, who cares! He messages you.. you say oh its 'that guy,' delete.

He has no idea where you live... or what you do, if he really wants to be a prick, let him, but if he keeps making accounts, then just stop blocking the one he made so you know to delete it instead of blocking it, only to find a new name in your in box that you then need to open and let out a sigh before deleting. It helps save you the frustration if you know the person who is mailing you.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't say EMAILS after a certain number of users have reported, it says PROFILES.

Report the emails.

i have to agree with sexisubi here, don't play this guy's silly games. Don't block so he can run and make a new profile, and don't react to it or any others in any way. i wouldn't even delete them, just keep them sitting there with all apart from the initial one from each silly profile left unread.

And let this be the last time that you open a thread or join in someone else's to make comment about this character, just starve hime of the oxygen he needs, and slowly he will wither and die away.

Ignore him. He get's off on the attention that you are giving him. If you ignore him, he'll go away.
