FetishRose -> RE: Cock piercings? (11/29/2008 9:38:33 PM)

I fall into the "love the way they look, but take it out before it comes near me" crowd.
I personally don't have piercings, but I think they can be sexy on others.  I do, however, have a bit of a squick factor when it comes to any sort of intercourse with them in.

slutslave4u -> RE: Cock piercings? (11/29/2008 9:59:20 PM)

I have had both nipples and cock pierced (PA) now since 1999. As to  the comment that "most women like them to be removed"....not true in my case, they have loved the look and the feel of it inside them, seems to add to the pleasure. I have never taken my PA out (10 guage ring with a ball) and only removed the nipple rings once to go to 10 guage from a 14 that was originally done to begin with. There is no real need to remove a PA for sex, it will not get "stuck" on anything, have never heard of any that have personally,  I have had anal with it as well and again no difficulties.

I think it is simply a preference more so than anything else. The "I'm not so sure of that" fact as it is something that most will not do or have not known anyone with it. As for me, no, I wont remove it. Not unless it is to go to a larger guage ring that is.

~Fast Reply~

I *love* body mods. They just make me melt. I can't fathom the idea of "ewww" to them except for maybe the huge earlobe stretching thing. They are sexy!

SultryItalian -> RE: Cock piercings? (11/30/2008 4:56:42 AM)

I like PAs, Jacob's Ladders, and fernums. What's realy fun and feels...interesting...is when there is a combination of all three or different combinations of the three.

From experience, the condom wearer does need to pay attention during intercourse because the larger the body jewelry, the more likely the condom will break. That is my experience.

I find it amusing how your experience dictates what my reaction would/should be.

Quite simply, I have no interest in putting any metal in my mouth that's attached to a penis. Likewise in my ass. Sexual activity (beyond mutual masturbation) with someone who has a cock peircing *in* would be a 'hard limit' for me... I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed it, but there are few things I discriminate about in a cock... and peircings are one of them (the others are cleanliness and.... hmm, actually I think cleanliness is the only other one)

Geeeez dude.. take a deep breath or a chill pill, I was responding to the thread not specifically you..

aravain -> RE: Cock piercings? (11/30/2008 12:39:38 PM)

It was 15 posts *after* mine and said 'in reply to aravain'

which means you hit 'reply' on my post...

which was the only reason why I responded the way I did *shrug*

Lunalay -> RE: Cock piercings? (12/1/2008 7:08:04 AM)

I just wonder what it's like in the mouth...

I wonder if it would get caught on a tongue ring. [8|]

Aneirin -> RE: Cock piercings? (12/1/2008 7:14:59 AM)

I quite fancy a frenum loop,

I was wondering at one made out of silver, anyone know if silver is an acceptable  material to use ?

If so, I will make it myself for a perfect fit.

(mmm, just wondering what the response would be in the workshop trial fitting the thing)

if you dont hit "reply" and just go to the posting box at the bottom of the screen, it automatically stamps your reply as though you responded to the last post standing when yours is posted.  its a feature of the posting software.

yeppers, its annoying.  and its also why some people put "fast reply"  or FR or **fr**  or anything along those lines at the top of their posts if they arent directly quoting.

kitten, helpfully

Doesn't a PA piercing create problems when urinating?

Lynnxz -> RE: Cock piercings? (12/1/2008 8:22:41 AM)

Apparently when you take it out, you pee like this-

My newly pierced friend just found this out, and complains that he now has to pee sitting down... [:D]

Unfortunately, yes, it does create problems whether the jewelry is in or out though the problems are different.  With the jewelry in, especially with a ring, water surface tension will cause a lot of the urine to cling to the ring and kind of "splatter" off.  With the ring out there is an extra hole in the end of your penis so that there are two exit points for the urine, thus two different paths of water.  Urinating at a urinal is usually not too bad though as long as you are careful, but trying to "hit the toilet" gets pretty "iffy" and if you think the ladies complain about the amount of splatter before...well, you ain't seen nothing yet!  As for me, I have found that as a rule it really is just as easy to go ahead and sit, thus avoiding any splatter problem whether you have a piercing or not.

And while many piercings will heal over without the jewelry in...my PA has gone for as much as a year or more with no jewelry and has never healed over.  All in all, I'm happy with the PA, but still I'm not sure I would have gotten it if I had known more about it at the time.

aravain -> RE: Cock piercings? (12/1/2008 10:45:27 AM)

I understand that...

but my post was made at 7:19:08 PM 11/26/08 according to the timestamp

The other was made three days later (8:57:51 AM 11/29/08)

which was why I thought it was actually a reply. I mean, the explanation of the software posting (which I had suspected but unconfirmed) doesn't explain that RealSub would have had to either wait on this thread directly after my post for three days in order for a 'Fast Reply' to be the reason.

I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but that suggests to me that RealSub hit the reply button on my post (and I went back to check on when my post was to be sure)  which made me think that they were responding directly *to me*.

Maybe it's a touch of hubris [:D] but if you're going to reply to a person's direct post in such a fashion, but not have it be directed at the person who made the post it's nice to let them know.

I'm still stuck trying to visualize the one with the bolt through it.

haha :)

i dunno, i'm not particularly freaked out by body modification. of course, i've never actually had any personal experience with one of ... ahem..."this nature."
so i dunno
couldn't be too bad, could it?

silver would work AFTER you were completely healed.  unless you can control the nickel content of the metal, of course.  its generally the nickel that causes a reaction, especially in a newer piercing.

i'm not sure what the healing time would be for a frenum piercing.  i know my nipple piercing was done in march and still gets irritable.

NessunDorma -> RE: Cock piercings? (12/1/2008 5:00:15 PM)

Interesting seeing the range of reactions...

Though a frenum piercing seems pretty mild compared to a PA hahaha. And I suppose if I'm ever too worried about squicking someone I can take it out...

Thank you Kitten, that answered my question, I would have to use assayed silver, that is of a quality that is hallmarked 92.5% pure silver. That silver is sterling silver and is a hypoallergenic metal for most people. The remaining 7.5% is pure copper. Cheaper silvers that are unhallmarked often contain nickel to increase the weight of the material in lieu of the actual metal silver. (I already wear lots of sterling silver,in the form of rings, so I know the metal works for me)

PMC silver maybe even better if one can predict the shrinkage during firing, as PMC is hallmark quality and is 99.9% pure, forming the shape might be easier too, as PMC is a precious metal clay, jusy mould it to shape, cook it and finish.

Gee, I could even have the piece assayed and stamped with my own assay mark, how's that for personalisation.

tsatske -> RE: Cock piercings? (12/9/2008 8:57:37 AM)

aravain, I really would not take it that personally. Try to remeber that online, there are only bald words on a blank screen, in spite of the fact that much human language, and English in particular, is highly dependant on the parts of our language that don't fit on the blank screen.
I took RealSub to be saying that SHE had thought YOU were saying that certain types of sex just did not physically WORK with certain types of piercings. I don't believe she was telling you to 'readjust' your limits, just that she misunderstood and did not understand that you were talking about YOUR limits - she thought you were talking about the lmits of science, physics, and the laws of nature, to which we are all, after all, subject - and to which we all try to get around, no doubt.

mrbenscreature -> RE: Cock piercings? (12/9/2008 6:49:01 PM)

my Dom had dydoes, which are actually the only male genital piercing that is supposed to be pleasurable to females.  They're two curved barbells through the ridge on the edge of the head of the penis, on the top.  At first, i really enjoyed the sensation.  However, about a week after we were able to have sex again, we were going at it and he looked down and said "you're bleeding...a lot."
i bled through a large towel a few times through...they'd just gotten caught in the tissue of my vagina.  After that, i was always wary of them.  He got new, shorter barbells with plastic bars, but they'd still occasionally catch during sex.  Eventually, we'd just stop and take them out before we had sex.
After 2 years, he figured he'd lived with them long enough to make up for the pain he went through in getting them and took them out.  i'm pretty happy that our foreplay doesn't have to be interrupted by stopping to take out the dydoes every time we want to have sex.  *shrug*
Just my take...
