My vote is for Predator. Though the Aliens are horrible killing machines, Predators are hunters and will use their superior intelligence to win.
In reality though, we humans have kicked both their asses. [:D]

I dunno, the Predators rely an awful lot on their technology, but the Aliens don't have eyes and don't show up on infra-red. The Preds have ranged weaponry, but if an Alien gets close enough for hand-to-hand you gotta give it to the acid-bleeders!

But yeah, the species that made the movie will come out victorious. Funny that. [;)]

my monies on predator. Any thing that can fight hand to hand or with technology will kick ass. Remember the Aliens were defeated by technology in each of the other movies.

Come to think of it, how the heck did Danny Glover off his? All I remember of that movie was thinking how cool it was that Bill Paxton had been killed onscreen by both an Alien and a Predator!

That, and the skull, of course, that actually kicked off this whole silly thing.

I hate to admit it, but yeah, I have that lying around somewhere. All I remember is that Bats comes up with a proto-Dark Knight Returns exo-suit to take the Predator on.

I also have the first AvP comic series. Big letdown. The humans win. [:'(]

if memory serves correctly, with its own weaponry

first he cut off its arm (on ledge high up on tall building) with its discus looking handblade, then chased it to its spaceship (where, again if memory serves correctly there was an Alien skull hanging in the tribute wall) and finished it off with the discus blade - his reward? a 1700s flintlock pistol

When I will go see the movie, my only hope is that the movie wont be as predictable as the comics books.

I like sci-fi but give me some suprises at least.

I like Alien 3 because I like the way it ended.

Hopefully it will be worth the 10$ I ll pay for seeing it.

I would pick Preditor, Being stronger and more
Agile. But then Alien can not be seen on infra~red.

How about Preditor and Alien versus Arnold and Segorney Weaver??

It's about this movie, which a friend said was the most unintentionally humorous movie he's seen so far this year. I think I'll wait for it to hit cable before I see it.

Don't worry, proudsub, you're not alone. I had no inkling of an idea until i saw a poster when i took my little sister to see "Garfield". (O, the things one undertakes out of love and duty..... [;)])

Shes right the movie sucked donkey balls. But I'll still buy the DVD just to get the Fight scene between the predator and the alien. ther rest of it sucked though.
