Can anyone outside the UK tell me whether or not you are able to watch UK TV programming through the BBC (or Channel 4) website? Or are they blocked to you?

I have tried on several occcasions to log into some of their feeds and Ive always had the ...IM sorry we cannot provide the feed to you in your location.....this is in canada. A pain in the arse, but I cant get to some US stuff, like hulu.com either.
