Hi MistressSassy66. That sounds like a great idea, Cat Collars. I would borry my Fluffy's but she refuses to wear one. As for the small Padlock, when I had Mistress Haley (till recently), she had me use a small Padlock on my Cock Harness instead of the Buckle part. I even tok the pin of the Buckle off, so when I do use the Padlock now, I can put the strap through the rest of the buckle, and under where it goes.

And as for Mitsu, it is not NICE to BRAG ! It is very UNBECOMING of you. Though I must admit, I do LOVE your Corsett or what ever you are wearing in your picture. MAY I ask where you got it?

Mistress Sassy, That sounds so nice. I have a BORING Black Cock Harness (Pictures upon request), but I do have a nice Red Leather Collar....and a black one Mistress Haley gave me when we were together.

I'm not an expert here...but I would think the PA would be the way to go.  I have also thought about the PA wands with chastity.  No they are not cheap...but extremesteelwerks makes some beautiful and efficient custom chastity devices.
