nervous yet? btw, you think all your helpers, poen, red, bear, gwyn, tulip, etc will all be able to come over here and do the same thing for my eldest's wedding? or if i go over there and end up marrying - y'all will descend like good locusts? I have told her.. she's sent me 2 dresses (including tthe dress from her second marriage) and is bringing down the wedding band set from when she was married to my Dad grin (she doesnt trust the USPS to get it here safely). Mom is still a bit hesitant...understandably, given my history, but in this case she can tell that I am truly happier than I have ever been.... so can everyone I've known for ages. I'm actually kinda shocked at how much support I've gotten from the people (who have known me for umpteen years). I'm doing a good thing here :) Not that I needed that validation.. it's just nice to have it. And Ihope to god that THAT all made sense?

The Pirate's bringing you to the UK so he's all good in my eyes, chicaboo Your mom will always be your mom and as with all mothers, she'll worry (it's inherently wired into mothers, ya know) and she'll support you in all you do that brings you happiness, I'm sure. I hope you're going to have a second wedding in the UK, I want to attend! Have you got the 'something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue' all taken care of? One thing I've learned in life, if you truly care and love somebody, you'll support them no matter what in life, and people will always root on the positives for you.

poen, just got off the phone with her. we're meeting in sydney in just under a fortnight to get together to talk about and go visiting places and find her dress, etc. i would LOVE to import you. she's a very undecided person and having to make some of these decisions is going to stretch her and drive me batty, LOL! i'm thinking the velvet drill sargeant (you) would be an awesome wedding planner. hmmm, considered a change of career, darlin? [:)]

ATTENTION WEDDING ATTENDEES: The hotel is confirmed. Email me on the other side for hotel contact info. The nightly rate will be $46.00 (including tax), and they'll honor the rate if you want more nights than Fri and Sat. No pool or restaurant there..but hey, it's ORLANDO!! NOTE: The cutoff date for making your reservation is Feb 1st

LOL..the Jetsetting Kinky Wedding Planner...sounds like a movie. Believe me none of this could have been done without the Wonderful Tulip, the Fantastic Expanding Woman Gwyn and the Effervescent DaddysRed who is keeping the Bride from imploding. Bear has da Pirate well in hand as well so, things have run rather smoothly. Load a tranq gun and shoot the bride and groom on a regular basis to keep them calm through it all and you should do well. poenkitten
