I might be able to be there, ohgosh I'd love to actually. Depends on where I will be in regards to my house hunting at that time (or condo hunting but house hunting sounds niftier).

I too would like your address in case my traveling doesn't work out. Ohgosh and I'd like to send you an xmas card too, if you are willing to share your address with me. I promise not to stalk you *much*.

That works. My problem is that mine lived a mile away from me. Telling her by phone would have caused more problems than the Chinese method.
