Thanks very much everyone for the kind words.
It's been kind of fairy tale-esque since it started. You know, how when you first discover things and you poke around the internet and you stumble on the perfect and tragic tale of Lord Colm and Jade? Well, let's just hope I don't die young like that poor thing did (Yes, I'm in that nasiating/giddy stage again...c'est la vie) I remember reading that and thinking that what they had was isolated and surely the stars would have to have lined up so damned right for something like that to happen to me...
And so far it as. I wouldn't say it's been easy; Sir's had quite a few expectations that I wasn't very sure I could meet. I know that we've batted the topic of weight around the boards and some have said that a Dom isn't a 'weight loss' coach, but Sir began to require me to follow a simple fitness routine from about a month after we started seeing each other and that's been one of the hardest things for me. But he's a former coach, and he's designed things so that they've built slowly and had easily achievable goals. With his help, this 'routine' which I fought tooth and nail 6 months ago is pretty much part of my life now. And I've lost almost 35 pounds in the process.
That, of course, is part of the on-going training, as is high heel training. I'm dreading that somewhat, as I've always had difficulty in certain style shoes. But it's something that he wants and Gods know I'm not about to stand in his way. Now, if we can only find a pair of shoes that "works" for him that I can actually walk in, we'll be on our way.
I'm also required to work on my attitude. Yes, I know, it will shock most of you that He could find fault with my rapier wit and my penchent for flying off the handle and letting someone know under no uncertain terms what I think, but he's funny that way ~grin~ Actually, I've been doing much better keeping my 'tude' in check these days, but there's always room for improvement.
There were a couple of other training items specifically outlined in the contract that aren't really up for public consumption. However, I'm betting those particular areas will be rather interesting training wise.
Merc- Why don't you and Beth get on a plane and come to the Fetish Flea? Sir and I will be there with some other friends. I don't really know when we'll be getting back out to the West Coast, but we've been toying with the idea of going to vegas again in the spring. I'll let you know.
Thank you everyone for your warm and kind words. I'm glad I got to share with you what's truely turned into the Christmas of my life so far.
