Status: offline 		A couple I knew a long time ago used to do this thing that made me so uncomfortable.  He couldn't stop touching the tip of her nose.  Ten times during dinner he'd reach over, just flick his finger over the tip and they'd share this smile and sometimes she'd swat his hand away.  It was so intimate, obviously their thing and it made me feel like I was intruding on their little world.

Nose-beeping: Taking two fingers and pinching the cushiony tip of the nose -- usually twice, while saying "beep-beep" or "nurp-nurp" or some such.

Zerbet: Pressing the lips to the tummy or other soft, squishy part of the anatomy and blowing air until the lips vibrate against the squishy part. Sometimes accompanied by a 'hummm' sound. Popularized by Bill Cosby on The Cosby Show.

I have not beeped the nose of a human over twelve, but I did used to "merp" the nose of a wonderful Chow dog.  He had such a plush and velvety, wam soft muzzle that it was irresistable to squeeze it.  He would endure this indignity because he loved me, but of course a stranger would probably have lost a hand....

I can see how my submissive might take a nose-beeping as well, given that he is so tolerant of other affectionate indignities, like being goosed in public or tickled without mercy until he almost wets his pants...

Status: offline 		Davan, don't take the drugs question personally. Every ENT in the nation who sees adults instead of kids has a preponderance of patients there because of cocaine usage.
I got the same question, told him about my one and only experience 30 years earlier - which explained why it was a one time thing. And then gave him a list of every female in my family on my mother's side with sinus problems.

Getting jabbed with a Qtip isn't nearly as bad as having him feed what appeared to be several feet of fiber optic tubing up through my sinuses.

But no, he doesn't beep me, mainly because it doesn't get a reaction. However he will lick my nose simply because I respond in such a gratifying manner - frantically yelping, rubbing it dry for ten minutes, trying to get away etc. It's the reaction that makes him want to do stuff. If I don't respond he doesn't get a buzz from it.

Status: offline 		Ah, nose beeping.  I do this to my kiddos, although we boop instead of beep.  I vaguely remember trying to beep Daddy's nose and this resulted in a huge wrestling match   Apparently getting nose beeping while sleeping (read: passed out cold when I was still awake and frisky) is a hard limit for him.

Same here.  I had nasal surgery for enlarged turbinates and a deviated septum and now I have a perforated septum.  Anybody who touches my nose gets smacked

Thanks!  :>  I am sure they see huge amounts of damage because of drugs. 
I wouldn't have been as irked had he not repeated it several times. 
I must admit, I took great glee in my one and only return visit (To get the audiologist's test results that was part of the first visit), while he had a younger doctor in the room, telling him I didn't appreciate his assumptions after my repeated denials then rattled off a list off a list of other reasons for septal perforations.  He looked like I'd slapped him and the younger doc nearly burst out laughing.  It was good.  :> 
Aaaaaaaack, fiber optic tubing up your sinuses doesn't sound fun in the least!  I hope that they were at least able to give you some relief for your symptoms after all of that! 
Lol about the nose-licking.  I once told a 5 y.o. um who was acting up in a silly fashion that if he didn't chill, I was going to lick his eyeball.  He paused for a moment, thought about it, got this huge grin on his face, then lept at me trying to lick my eyeball.  :>

Status: offline 		my dad used to beep my nose but not in a fun way, it hurt and it felt punitive to me - for some reason now, if someone beeps my nose i get that tantrumy childish hot temper stampede through me.  i can hold that back, but the furious look in my eyes burns a hole in their forehead and kills them stone dead

- but that hasnt happened for a while, so maybe ive grown out of it - youre welcome to try
