Ok, this one is downright scary.  Two nations are doing the saber-rattling dance with each other over a crank phone call--literally.

Status: offline 		It's never good when two nations start their rattling of sabres it makes third party nations caught up in it nervous indeed.
 
A telephone conversations is just as bad a reason as any other for this kind of inter governmental nonsense. Wars have started over lesser things.
