Hmmm, great idea.  Someone's giving this an intriguing amount of thought.
I'd like one of those Electro-Shock Therapy machines for the hard core electrical play fanatics out there, and the caged dormitories for those who don't.

I wonder how much my house is worth..........

True, but I'm not one for charging friends.  I've fixed one friend's computers (and now network) continually for twelve years now and still haven't charged him.

Of course, a donations box could work.

Both the bunker and hospital have merits.  I like the idea of underground, but the hospital would have grounds for outdoor fun.
I'd still need a 'nilla area though for the Um.

donations will definitely be needed, must have a nanny for all the um's so the asylum would work better, just set aside a wing for the nilla stuff (like visiting family members)

Nannies would be a good idea, but I'm thinking about a home schooling system.  Then of course you'd need a recreational area for them. 
Not sure I'd want my relatives visiting.  My father knows about my life choices, but my mother would cease to draw breath if she knew BDSM existed.

lol well a place with lots of acreage would be on the requirement list, homeschooling isn't hard, and have to agree about the relatives, but other people might have cool nuff family... and as for having given this thought, well i've kinda always wanted to buy one of those insane asylums, and even more so after a couple of episodes of ghost hunters taking place in them.

This definitely sounds like an idea.  Do you think it's viable?
Acreage goes without saying - if nothing else it would only be a matter of time before the place would have to expand.
I still like the bunker idea - the signs warning about 'Trespassers will be shot' could be left up and if people thought it was still MoD property then nobody would trespass.

I'm going to have to see the Small Business advisor about this [:D]

Might be able to tie people to the missile storage racks... even turn one into a 'rack'. 

The silos usually come with an acre or two [or more?] of ground level property.  Probably already fenced. [:D]
