It's really not that bad anymore. I've gotten used to it, and with these bright blue eyes, I'd much rather not be in bright light anyway. ;) As it kid, yeah, it sucked... a LOT. I thought the doctor was just screwing around with me, but come to find out, a lot of the males on my moms side of the family were that way. Now though, it's not so bad. I prefer the winter anyway, so much prettier and quieter. The actual alergy is to UV-B, so, as you can imagine, I tend to stay wayyyyy the hell away from tanning beds too. ;) The rash part is fairly easy to deal with now, coppertone has a lotion out, their spectra, 75 spf, that protects against uv-a, b, and uh... the other whatever. So that helps, but, it doesn't do much for me when it's 100 degrees outside. About 45 minutes of that, and it's a trip to the E.R. for this katt.
