Sam4training -> Qustion on negotiation. (12/9/2008 3:18:03 PM)

Is it proper before even negotiating a contract to ask for a monitary gift and a phone call. All I seen when asked (What kind of gift?) Ansewer :WesternUnion! Was her reply? Was I wrong to label this as a phony scam . Thanx Sam4training.

I  think you already know the answer.

You can ask for anything.  Whether you choose to give is up to you.

SirMIkeSD -> RE: Qustion on negotiation. (12/9/2008 6:29:19 PM)

Did you really need to ask this, if this was a nilla meet etc would have sent the money. Hell no! The only different between BDSM and the nilla world is the way we play and live our life. Use the same common sense you would use there.

Mike

No question is stupid, but there are some that you need to ask yourself first.

Mike

The best way to do it (imo) is to ask yourself, "what if my friend asked me this?"
If you wouldn't advise your best friend to do it, or if you would feel your friend is being used, that is your answer.
Be your own best friend.

Well, see there's a lot of things I do that I don't advise others to do, so that kind of blows that ask yourself what you'd tell a friends out of the water.

I disagree.
Most people don't look out for themselves the way they would for a friend; which is where the question comes into play.

YourhandMyAss -> RE: Qustion on negotiation. (12/9/2008 9:35:46 PM)

That's true, I guess cause while I break all the common saftey rules, I'd never recomend a friend do so, so then , I'd be protecting them kind of I guess by advising them to have some saftey rules in place.

MisterMonster -> RE: Qustion on negotiation. (12/10/2008 10:25:28 PM)

Wait...the Monster is rather dense this night...someone was trying to scam Sam?

Yeah, I was gonna ask about this, because I see some strange profiles on here sometimes...Like, the kind of stuff that, usually, wouldn't be real. So, it's good to see this thread.

Sam4training -> RE: Qustion on negotiation. (12/11/2008 7:17:05 AM)

Yes, I agree MisterMonster. This is what set me off, I have met a couple of people personally from this site and they were the kindest people I have ever met . They were just radiating with intelligence and great intellect and was treated with the up most respect. However I do have to agree with Sir Mike and blushes, commonsense is KEY. There are scammers and con-artists everywhere on the internet and must use good judgement when approched and not let emotions effect our judgement.

So very true. Almost 99% of what I do, I would never advise another to do or even to try. THough, I do admit that when I am asked about something in particular that I do have experience with, all I do is give the bad parts about it and then let them make their own choices.
