First and foremost, water and lots of it. Then, it just depends. Time of day, when I last ate, time of year and what I am craving.

In the winter, a glass of nice tawny port and a couple pieces of really good dark chocolate is a winner.

Summer time, a bowl of smoke and then a big bowl of Whitey's Moosetracks is fab.

Seems like many of us are into the ice cream!  I love the stuff anyway, but it's also fun to feed it to him!

I absolutely *love* Moosetracks.  Just something about that one that is perfect.

Speaking of perfect, if it's ice cream, it can't be right out of the freezer, solid as a rock.  I want it starting to thaw, so it's nice, soft, and smooth.  It just makes the whole experience so much better.  [;)]

The doggie bag we brought home, or whatever snack I feel like at the time, and I usually tell a boy of things I like, so he can have them available. [:)]  M

*giggle*  I think the next time I have an after session craving for Ben & Jerry's... I'll make sure to have a good flavor for my pet... and let him try to figure out how to eat it without using his hands.

BTW - My fav flavor is Double Fudge Brownie.  Holy cow!  That stuff is almost better than sex.  It's WAY better than sex with my ex... but then, that's yet another reason I divorced him.

Though I am a morning sex / play person, due to life we play evenings and sometimes at the weekend during the day. If its evenings my chill out afterwards is with a nice glass of chilled Chardonnay. If its day time its usually followed by a coffee or two and a ciggie or 4 while my boy has a rest under the duvet.

For a while, the arbiter of how good the play was for me was how many Taco Bell bean burritos I craved afterward:

1     mildly arousing
2     a good session
3     is this house on fire???

We would be chatting away enjoying the glow, then low blood sugar would hit and I would grasp my partner and say, "I need Taco Bell right now."

Immediately, water or hot tea depending how cold it is. If it isn't late at night, then once I wake up from a short nap, take me to the diner and feed me fries and a sandwich.

Heck,  sometimes I cannot wait  to indulge in Ben & Jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream,  so I have used it during play time.   Yummy for so many reasons.

A cig, a cold dr.pepper. and cuddling in his big leather jacket. we usually do public play so thats whats usually around. when its at home i want beef lo mein covered in brown sauce, arsegas brownies, a cig and a big fluffy blanket.

Fruit or fruit juice for us both.  Definitely liquids of some sort.  My lady makes an outrageously good cranberry drink that's very energizing.  Proteins come a bit later on.  We snuggle, and we may "scrunch" each other.  That's a sort of vigorous rubbing of the head with the fingertips.  Feels sooo good!

Edited to add:  Oh, now i'm craving taco bell!

Lots of water, lots of snuggling, and depending on what I did, I may need a pain pill and some protein and carbs. My pet needs just time to snuggle and rest and, afterwards, needs to eat. Of course, he is one of those skinny guys who can eat like a thresher three times a day and look around in between meals for more, so I foresee that our grocery budget will go up a bit when he moves in.

Ice cold water or an apple iced tea, cheese and crackers, a good cuddle under a nice blanket (yes, all of this at once), followed by a nice long nap.
