OMG, that is gorgeous, AS!!!!! And I'd laugh too even as I was loving getting the collar. I happen to love JewelryTV. Of course, a couple of people were appalled when they saw my collar and realized it's an actual collar we got at a pet store. (Hey, it's leather and has shiney sparkly crystals on it - I loves it!!! So what where we got it at?) It was funnier than anything to see their faces!

Nothing wrong with collars from pet stores! I just wouldn't feel comfortable wearing them to shul and since I go there a lot... *grins* I've got a pretty blue collar that has "gold" and "diamonds" on it! I's a fancy girl in that one!


Thank you so much to everyone who has responded to this thread. It's really given me a lovely boost before I go and attack THE MESS downstairs. (Try to hear that phrase with a deep voice and dramic music from a classic horror movie - don't mix it up with the themes from Singin' In The Rain though.)

The engagement ring is (somewhat) old news though I still get excited every time I look down at my hand. Now I have two shinies to distract me! It's a good thing that I can't see the collar unless I look in a mirror or I'd never get anything done.
