I know they sell staps that go around mattress that have d rings to use as fasten points.  Or there is always the sports sheet that is like a velcro sheet that you can use

The bed is beautiful but not inexpensive!

Hello,

If you are now sleeping on a regular bed with the steel frame rails, here is something inexpensive and quick yet effective. You can take these off quickly and hide them away.

Take two twelve foot lengths of 3/8 rope and tie two butterfly knots about five feet apart, depending on your width of your bed, leaving tails several feet long off of each knot. The butterfly (link below) creates a loop in the middle of a rope. These knots will not slip in any direction including the loop. You can position the loops at the edges of the bed either on the top or to the sides of the mattress.

Tie the tail ends of one rope to the legs of the bed at the foot and the other to the frame at the head, stretching the rope very tight. If you take them on and off frequently, use a bowline on one end and a taut-line on the other. Tie the taut-line on the end with the longer tail. (If a bowline is too hard to tie use two half hitchs instead, but they are harder to untie once they have been pulled hard.)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taut-line_hitch

Also called a Midshipman's knot, you can slide the taut-line to adjust the tension of the rope. Slide it tight while sitting on the bed and the mattress will be compressed so the rope will not move around, neither will your captive! You can tighten it at any time by sliding the whole knot while you pull the loop tighter with your other hand. This works like a pulley to double your pulling force while you slide the knot so you can make the rope so tight it will feel like a solid anchor point.

To hide, just loosen the tautline and untie, flip it under the bed and out of sight. Bowlines don't jam either so you can take them completely off just a easily.

Using a padlock on each loop, you can attach cuffs quickly. You can use a chain dog collar to add some slack length and to get that wonderful chain look and sound. You could just as easily tie rope or scarves or straps to the butterfly loops. If you travel, you could carry only rope and still be able to immobilize your partner on the bed yet have quick release.

If you have a wooden headboard already, there are some flush folding loops that screw to wood, you could use these out of sight and just add chain or rope when needed. Boat stores often sell ones that are nice looking and very strong, but most hardware stores have something like this. Some even mount flush if you have a router for insetting them.

Hope this helps until you can find a really great bed!

I am all for bondage beds, but I gotta say, you ought to just work on a pre-existing bed a bit yourself! With hitch plates and creativity, you can do a lot with a little, haha. The coolest bondage bed I ever saw, I think, was on stockroom, but it was so insanely expensive that I balked at the idea of looking at another one online. My guy has a 'bondage bed' that he built, but I think it was pretty tough.

there are about 3 or 4 of them on Stockroom.com

If you have the ceiling for it and wish to get a little extravagant. Girl has seen a custom bed where just beneath the bed frame, out of site was the length of chain all the way around the perimeter of the bed. The reason for this, each link was an effective loop.
Another interesting use of something common, cargo straps, yet the straps were replaced with leather or knotted silk rope.
The straps only need to be cinched to tighten, and if the straps stretch, they can be cinched once more. Since the cargo adjuster has locking latch, if something happens, just release the lock and the straps release.
Because of the chain, ankles and wrists can be cuffed or shackled and smaller straps with the same idea as above.

Later on, you want to get fancy, four post bed is easy enough to attach with the needed support to have it serve as a means to suspend or just shackle in a cross position at the foot of the bed, between posts.

Your average mission or Arts & Crafts style bed works great for doing bondage.

Thank you SimplyMichael.

Girl thought it might. Very simple construction also.

Spyder made me a 4-point restraint system using four 36" lengths of medium weight chain and 8 clasps like the ones on a large dog leash.  They go around the legs of my bed frame and tuck under the mattress for storage or fit neatly in the toybox.  Cheap, easy, and portable until we can afford one of the bedframes from Stockroom.

Such frames are easy enough to build if you have someone around that can build what is needed.
Could easily look at the object advertised and sketch it up quite quickly.
The site with the Infernal Machines girl finds fascinating. Already have several sketches for similar devices.
