I just noted a seeming trend..... The subs that write to me often fail to read my entire profile. Frustrating I know, but all too common. The sad part is even after pointing this out and directing them to do so before writing me again, and to include the required first contact info....they still fail to do so. However, subs that write to me from too far away for a r/t meeting almost always include my requested phrase. They have read my profile, are polite, and personable. We have lovely chats, and it makes me wish they lived close enough to actually meet. Is having such distance, knowing it to be very unlikely they would ever see me, make it easier for a sub to engage? Maybe removing some of the pressure this way allows them to be comfortable enough not to trip all over themselves trying (and usually failing) to impress? Has anyone else noticied such a thing?
