I have ordered 5 new whips, one called a monkey quirt. Has anyone had any experience with this delicious, cruel whip? It has not arrived yet, I cannot wait to try it out on my masochists when it does. Some feedback would be appreciated, I wondered if the leather knots cause any lovely bruising? Many thanks.

If it is similar to a knotted rope, girl remembering that it depends on the effort behind action in using it. Another similar device if you are so inclined, thick leather things with a tiny ceramic ball at the end. Girl has also seen something similar using bamboo splints. Such a device requires practice, the splinted bamboo hits, expands and as it is pulled back, pinches the skin.If you really hit hard, girl can imagine that the splinted bamboo would also slice the skin. Girl has only ever experienced the knotted rope and ceramic beads at the end of a long stretch of leather thong.

Many thanks [:D] I have noticed a great cat o 9 tails too, with tiny metal spikes at the end of each tail. I would rather not slice the skin with a whip, I much prefer doing that with my canes on the rump lol. The cat-of-9-tails sounds a little like a scourge. A switch is nice too, if you ever tire of your canes. The switch stings like you would not believe. It's nice you have access to a willow tree.

Anyone got a link to a photo of that? I'm not quite understanding what it is. I Googled "monkey quirt" and it keeps thinking that I'm looking for a "monkey Quilt". Silly Google.
