Status: offline 		To me, this appears to be one of the most controversial topics with submissive women I have encountered. It's almost a "black and white" debate; either a sub is ok or not ok with it, and none have ever expressed a middle-ground.

Many of the "no" answers is based on misinformation, about the high level of germs in urine, when in fact, there are more germs in the human mouth (I used to be a lab tech in a hospital so I am experienced in this area).

I'd like to get some well informed and intelligent perspective on this issue.

Status: offline 		What would be the middle ground on this subject? I would think you would either be for it or against it. And I would imagine that it's not the germs, it's the taste that concerns most subs.

I don't know about *should*....only the individual in question knows what's right for him/her at the time.

Regardless, I know several people who have changed their minds about watersports, during the course of a relationship. For a lot of people it's a BIG deal. We've been culturally indoctrinated to think of urine as dirty, gross, icky, what-have-you (for many reasons). For a lot of people it takes time to get past that (and lots never will, which is ok too).

Sexuality.org has a good article about it at http://sexuality.org/l/fetish/ws.html which you might consider sharing with a potential partner who's uncomfortable with the idea. You also might try starting in a shared shower. I've heard that's a less intimidating method, and there's already warm water running over her. There are lots of good suggestions in the article.

Status: offline 		Heck, I'm in the middle ground. I have very little interest in it, but it's something I'll do if my dominant partner likes it. Maybe middle ground is less accurate than "indifferent" but I got the sense that you'd only met people who had strong feelings one way or the other. I, personally, don't.

Status: offline 		Watersports hold very little appeal for me (though I find it highly amusing reading how many people are into it, when browsing the vanilla personals...though I guess they mean something else...). It's something I'll probably try at some point, but at this stage, there's nothing about the act that makes me get excited.

I'm of the belief that it's best to try something three times before you decide you don't like it. First time, you have no idea what to expect. Second time, you have a better idea and are able to relax a bit more. Third time you're more relaxed and can make an educated decision.

I used to be dead against needles and anal sex, one day, long ago.... ...my, how times change.

my hard limits are scat and children. Are you saying that i should do those just so i can say that i really don't like it?

my hard limits are there for a reason. They could be because of societal issues, or because i have NO desire to try them.

As for the answer to Your question.... watersports was a hard limit in the beginning of my relationship with Master. After being with Him for a year, we tried it, and we both liked it. With Him, i will do it. As for doing it with someone else, that's debatable. To me, piss play is a very personal thing and i will not engage in it with just anyone. Maybe You should get to know your submissive better and not press the issue. Like me, it could be a very personal thing and she may change her mind.

Status: offline 		Middle ground .. hmm well for myself I have an interest in it, but it is not a sexual turn on. Thus for me I can live with or without it, as in depending on if Master has an wish to explore that avenu or not at any given time. Which means I can take or leave it, without worry.

I guess I became disinterested in water sports about the 2198712034871023947th time I peed on a screaming friend's legs when they had lost a jellyfish fight (throwing jellyfish at each other) to me.

I have no desire to engage in water sports and it more then doesn’t do anything for me sexually it really turns me off. i have peed in a Dom's mouth but I figured if that’s what He wants ok but I wouldn't be on the receiving end. Doing it for Him did nothing for me at all but I had to go anyway! lol in a way this is kind of a middle ground? Ill give but not receive? I don’t know.. Dose nothing for me and I don't think my feelings will change on the subject in the near future. I have had things come off my hard limit list with a certain Dom who I totally trust and tried them with, actually enjoyed them but they were on my hard limit list for other reasons... They are however still on my hard limit list if I play with other Doms. Higher level of trust needed for some things.

I do try things at least once for the most part but them are things I fear, maybe because of pain or fear of not being able to handle the extreme things just yet still being fairly new. for me water sports is different and W/we all have O/our kinks... my disinterest in water sports has nothing to do with fear of germs and really isn’t a fear at all but more of a "doesn’t turn me on" thing and probably completely turn me off.

Status: offline 		For me this is a hard limit, when this girl was in the healthcare feild she emptied waaaay too many urostomy bags and even the thought turns me completely off (gag). BUT i see in alot of the profiles where there is either a great amont of interet in the subject or alot of actual practicioners. This girl prides herself on being non judgementel, this one does not wish to be judged. So if this (forgive the pun) floats Your boat mind me one question: Why? Why do Doms want to pee on me? Since a man cannot have an erection while urinateing, i assume it is not sexual. So why? What possible thrill could be Yours from the act?

Not having an erection doesn't mean something isn't sexual, or at least erotic.

There are as many reasons for engaging in watersports are there are people who enjoy them, probably. For some people it's the taboo aspect, for others the "marking of territory". Some people enjoy the intimacy of the act, others enjoy the humiliation factor or that it will push a partner's edges. Some people like the sensuality of it; it's warm and wet, lasts longer than an orgasm, and comes from the body of your partner.

Those are off the top of my head. I'm sure I could think of lots of others if I put my mind to it, and still wouldn't cover all the possible reasons.

Status: offline 		OH! and while this one is feeling froggy, What You are refering to Sinergy, is commonly known as a piss hard on and is caused by the presure exerted in holding the urine in the bladder durring sleep. That hard goes away almost imeadiately upon releasing the preasure. An erection caused by sexual arousal is caused by blood flowing into the penis through a valve that remains closed (or is supposed to but sometimes does not for whatever reason, stress, baseball, whatever....but God forbid this girl is imprecise) until ejaculation. The uretha valve is closed durring an erection caused by arousal so urine, which is very acidic, can not contaminate sperm and kill it.

TA-DA!!
