I have been dating this guy who is not involved in the lifestyle, however; the other day he suprised me and said he would like to learn about "bdsm" and my "kinky side". I asked him exactly what he wanted to learn about he said he just wanted to explore and experiement. He then asked me what I enjoyed the most during sex (beyond the intercourse itself) I told him I love to be controled. With that the conversation quickly ended. Any suggestions on how to approach the issue?

Maybe talk to him about the whole "why" you like it? Maybe show him a few websites that talk about BDSM (I dont have links, but I am sure someone does.) and heck, maybe even have him come here and ask questions.

Kyttyn, I have thought about that but the reality is alot of times people can be extremely rude to new commers on these boards especially when they ask what are perseved as "the same old questions".

Ok, well any questions you have, you guys can do the searching together. Make a game outta it. Whoever finds it first gets to pick where you have dinner kinda thing (searching can be tedious, ugh!). Pick a few people that you know and trust, and ask them the pressing questions. If all else fails, then come here as a last resort sorta thing babes. If anyone gets snarky, iggy them and keep on movin. They arent worth the effort.
