In all seriousness, a lot of times men are very easily to reward in cases like this. Obviously you know him better then the people here giving suggestions, but massages, a special dinner or anything that involves your heart felt appreciation are all good starts.
If you're looking for something in the D/s dynamic, I'm a big fan of sensuous torturing/interrogation type scenes. Spending the whole day chained to the bed, naked and blindfolded while she massages, teases and whispers dirty things in my ear.
