I've worn one basically all day with no ill effects - from about 7 am till about 3 pm -
although wearing one on a 4 hour bike ride turned out to be a bit much...lol.
Live and learn.

I love to use crotch rope and I thought it was all about that knot in the right spot.

So, for those who do this, what safety precautions apply here, using rope?

Other than general don't cut off circulation and check in with the person on a regular basis to make sure flexibility is still holding up, a basic crotch rope is pretty low risk.

hope that knot was in the right place

with or without panties on that ride

either way bet that bike seat was all wet

Of course, i've had a lightweight one, made of the scratchy material used for recycling, tied around me before going to work one morning. That evening? I was so sore, hot and wet that, after it was removed, sex was incredible. LOL
