I would bond the 2 sheets together with an advesive (strong one, like epoxy, but make sure it will not degrade the latex), and fold them and do that again (double seal) and make something like a latex pillowcase with one side open. Now bind about 6 inches of the "open side" together, so that your corners are all bonded nicely.
Then use a piece of a pvc pipe with a slit down one side (tape the slit edge with electrical tape or sand them down well, so that when you slide it over the folded edge of the latex sheets, it does not tear your latex or snag), so that when you fold over the open end on itself (put the 2 sheets flat together, then roll or fold them up 1/2 inch at a time), the folded end will slide tightly inside the full length slitted pipe and hold the whole thing together. Velcro will let air in through it... it is only hook and loop with plastic hook and plastic loops.
I explain more about it if you want, but I hope this makes sense... I have seen it done a few times, adn could probably make it for you, but you need to do the breathing hole and vacuum hole.
