I absolutely want one, but I'm in an apartment so I'm dealing with little space and the ceiling is not an option. Has anyone ever used the stand that comes with "love swings" for leather slings? I see there are loops in each corner. Any other suggestions? Ms Mamba

I have no idea on that stand, but I still think you could still hang it from the ceiling, as long as you can find a Ceiling Joist, and a big enough Screw Eye or hook. I think the Screw Eye would be more solid, and less chance of coming apart. Wish I can swing too, BalletBob

Thanks for the response. But I was really hoping to find an alternative to using the ceiling. Oh well. Such a dream. Ms Mamba

This may be really stretching it but I have heard that you can buy one of those "doorway chin-up bars" and hang the swing/sling off of it. It is designed to support your weight so I dont think you would encounter a problem. I hope that helps you! Have Fun!
