Tried the Feeldo and hated it. It was very poorly engineered in my opinion, and it needed to be made stronger at the point where the two main parts meet, and also it needed to be made lighter in weight. In theory it's great, but I never use mine because it's more hassle than pleasure. The tiny bullet vibrator that came with it, however... ZOMG I went through so many wholesale boxes of watch batteries on that incredible little thing!
I also have the Deluxe Digital Powerbox by Zeus. It's probably not much for people who have been into TENS units for a while, but if you're just starting out, or you just want something good but not great, this is a good choice. I enjoy it a lot, and I doubt I'll go looking for something with which to replace it. It's not top of the line, as I said... no remote control or anything like that. It also has a safety feature that won't let you turn it up too quickly [:(] as well as a 15-minute timer that cannot be set for longer than that. You can, however, reset the timer before it shuts off if you want to keep it going for a while.
