And if you have, was it worth it?

I see a lot of people who take great pride in sexual play out in public where they could easily get caught, and I wonder if it's worth it to potentially have a criminal record and be labled a sex offender and have to register as one where ever you go, when you move.

Here in Canada, if a person is caught having sex in a public place, the police would charge the person with public indecency. Our laws consider the more serious crimes such as rape, sexual abuse of minors and non minors as sex offenders.
Personally I think that much depends upon how much that person feels they have to lose is a major factor in deciding to engage in sexual play in public or semi public places. As for myself, I do admit I enjoy sex outdoors and enjoy when there is a possibility of being seen or caught. The most important think to remember is I have control over when this does happen and the chances of me being caught is usually slim. I don't see this as being proud, it's more a way to indicate that I do enjoy risk of that nature and I do not feel shame because of it either.

bear, that's where Canada and California differ. In California, You can I have heard have sex offender labels slapped on for simply pissing in public and getting caught.

No, and I will never put myself at risk for getting in trouble. For me, it isn't worth the embarrassment of being caught and having a criminal record, which would, without question, adversely affect my future career.

no big deal, actually. As hard as it is to believe, i was being a brat in Walmart and recieved a rather stinging slap on my tush. A security guard came over and asked it there was a problem...then pulled me aside to talk to me privately. THank heavens it was a store in another area and we never had to go back

lol, but i'm glad to hear he pulled you aside. he at least was concerned as a human to make sure you weren't a victim of spousal abuse. obviously, not all women have a man as good as your mrjim
