I was wondering if anyone else has problems with the collarme site features. I was able to record an audio greeting, but now cannot review it. (no controls show up) The chat system does not work at all on a MAC (10.5.6) with Firefox, and with Firefox on windowsXP the browser crashes every time I leave chat. All my program versions are current, and all the systems are working correctly with other sites.
Is there a place to post site problems? Are there workaround for these problems?
