There are no written laws that i know for BDSM in general, but a few years ago in the Manchester area, there was a small private party, and the cops went in and caught a Domme flogging another female, and they actually arrested her for Domestic Violence . Even though all parties involved said it was consentual , the cops didn't like it and under NH law police can file the domestic violence complaint even though no parties involved want to file.
I never did hear if it went to trial or anything, or the outcome but it did happen a few years ago.
