I'm in a rather new relationship,it had been months since i last had a play partner,,,,,
my Master enjoys nipple torture ,,,alot!!,,,my question,,,How do i toughen my nipples up so i can endure more play?

I don't know if this will help passion... but it's the only advice i can think of that's in any way related.
When my friend asked her doctor how to "prepare" for breastfeeding, he told her to have her b/f tweak her nipples at random points during the day, good and hard, to toughen them up for breastfeeding. So... perhaps the same applies? Which in your situation would unfortunately mean only time will help... take as much as you can and over time that amount will increase.

Hissweetshiv gave some excellent advice. You might also want to try applying some clamps or clothespins for short periods throughout the day. It's something that you have control over and guage your own reaction to. It's important though that you let your partner know what you are doing and how you react to these things.

It sounds as if your partner knows that you are relatively new to nipple torture; have him start slowly, and build up to the bigger things. It took me almost a year from my first time to build up to being able to sustain anything on mine.

I agree with you. It is the advice my Dom gave me, practice, practice every day. My endurance is much better now, but i did notice that if i am a week without putting clamps or pegs on my nips, the next time He pinches my nips, it hurts alot more.

I love nipple play of all kinds and women individually have an astonishing variation of sensitivity from the lightest touch to the other extreme where their need bordered on scary.

It's important for you to distinguish and ask youself this question: Is pain pleasure for you or not? And if your pain circuitry is wired into pleasure center, then where is your limit?

In other words, if you relish pain, you probably want as much as you can stand.

If you don't enjoy pain, then you want him to push just a little past your limit and not much more.

Hello There,
Nipples are very durable things. They are designed to withstand a two year old chewing on them. Even when they are sore I remind myself they can take it.

I've also noticed if played with often I can take more. If left alone for two weeks or so it's like starting over.
Lastly I'd like to say I think my menstrual cycle affects how sensative my nipples are. Some days you could suspend me by them and I'd like it and other days you can barely tweak them and it hurts.
Sometimes I sit at work with sore nipples and it brings me back to the sexy play that got them that way. It keeps me horny all day.
Over all having nipples that are a little sore is just how I wish I could keep them.

Nipple torture is the fav of many a Dom/Domme. Certainly it is one of my fav's. If a sub will prepare herself by regularly usint restrictions like rope, clamps, clothespins, and weights, then endurance can certainly be built up. To stop even for a week however, means to start over.

I am glad this was posted i was going to ask the same question my nipples are so senestive to the ligest touch. Clamps wer agony i guess i will have to build up to them.

Try Bobby Pins. The are cheap and almost all females have them laying around. You can start at the opened end of the Bobby Pin on a nipple, and asyou get used to the presure, move the Bobby Pin on the Nipple in the center of the Bobby Pin.

I love having my nipples tortured. Twisted, clamped, burned. Very delightful.

The advice given to just keep playing is the best. You have to endure a bit to get them tough. I also endorse the notion the twist and squeeze them hard during the day. I do that, though I'm not preparing for breastfeeding, lol.
