Take advantage of your time alone to hone your skills. Take workshops, practice on pillows. So that if you do get the chance to play with someone, she will want a repeat performance. Because if you only played with your exgf once a month for an hour, then you have had 24 hours worth of experience in my book. And that's a lot less impressive than your claim of 2 years when you didn't live together, you didn't control her daily life, you didn't control your daily life etc. Part of the problem young dominants have is that need to puff up their own experience. Be more honest about having had one relationship that dabbled in this, that you enjoyed very much and that you are looking for someone compatible to learn with. Not on, with.

Age doesn't matter. I am 23 and have had more life experience than some people twice my age. You keep learning your entire life. Just be open to new ideas and points of view.

When you are not too young... you'll be too old... or too far away.... or too controling.... or not Domly enough.... or........ Frankly it all amounts to the same thing but for some reason "i am not feeling the chemistry" seems SO hard for some people to say... so they say any of a million and one other 'excuses'. Read it for what it is, not compatable and move on. When You find the right one then all those little niggles that could be in the way, won't matter one jot as the chemistry will change the prioritys. I've been doing this since I was a fair bit younger than You and if I could give one piece of advice..... Don't sell yourself short. Being alone is far better than being with the wrong person. Dominant just is folks. It is not a driver’s license; you must be 16 to be dominant. You are, or you are not. If you want to understand the level of dominant appeal you have, walk into a room full of submissive’s and see how they react to your presence, boys and girls alike. What is being confused here is the level of playability. How much knowledge you possess in the lifestyle. Which works really well for online games… I have a level 80 hunter in WOW so you know what I can do… but is pure shyt in this lifestyle. You may or may not swing a whip, single tail, flogger, paddle, blah blah blah… and it DOESN’T FUCKING MATTER. What matters is what your kink is, how safe you manage your kink and if there is someone that is into your kink. The only one who knows how dominant you are is the one that submits to you. Now to avoid a series of nowhere relationships, be very upfront and explicit in your profile. Have all your expectations laid out in black and white, and if you are a hard ass like me, your profile will scare the living hell out of everyone and eliminate the complications of relationships from your life. Age has its privilege for sure, but you may find in future years that your youth and looks open up whole different classes of subs/slaves that you didn't realize in years back (now). It's the usual "grass is always greener" problem, most frustratingly. But with youth comes the need to exude wisdom and dominance on a more extroverted level. I know that I can easily submit to younger women, provided they exude a certain authority and have the experience to negotiate well so that we can be on the same page, but I find that older women are usually more reserved. Sometimes that's good and sometimes it's bad. The older tend to operate slower, which can be (not necessarily is) better. I don't believe this should be an issue for you, though. True dominance will always come through, and you will need it to compensate for your age in many cases. Time will take care of the rest.

I wouldn't mind a younger Dom. Actually my first and only Master was younger than me by a couple years and then some. It's about their mind, really. I know a 19 year old Dom who has a 30 year old voice and is very intelligent and interesting to talk to... in my mind, I feel like I am still 17, yet I just turned 33 on Monday [sm=candles.gif]
