I've never seen any specific activity that is solely dominant or submissive.

I love to cook for people, it gives me joy. I don't feel submissive towards the people that like to eat what I cook. I just enjoy cooking.

I don't mind doing laundry but I am somewhat picky about how it gets done. The generic dude that I share the farm with does it about as often as I do.

I HATE cleaning house. Generic dude does alot more house cleaning than I do, especially dusting. A thankless task that.

Neither of us like doing dishes so we switch off, but not with any schedule or anything. It's more of a, whoever it bugs and is more in the mood to do it.

I do almost all of the animal care because the philosophy is that I am the one that brought them home so I pay their bills, feed them and clean up their shit. Generic dude, just gets to alternately grumble about them, or coo to them. You wanna see something really pathetic......see a tough, retired, career, military dude cooing at a big earred, twelve pound, 4 legged, sassy-as-hell, red head that has him totally wrapped around her dainty paw.

Oh gawwwwd... karma has bitten me in the ass.  My GE washer is overflowing, I've got it shut off, I remember what the repairman showed me when he was here early this year... but I can't remember how to open the front cabinet and I'm searching for a diagram online.  I remember it does NOT open the way most washers do...

Jake... I may be bringing laundry after all.

Methinks I just got the kiss-off!

I got the panel off, but the pressure hose that was clogged last time is not the problem.  Now just waiting for the repairman.

I don't see doing the laundry as purley Dominant or purely submissive, but in My house, the sub will do My laundry, why? Because I bring home the bacon and serve it up in a pan...

I do not live with my master. He has lived alone his whole adult life, and has been taking care of himself that whole time, including doing his own laundry. I have great respect that he keeps his environment clean. I'm not used to men being like that. I would happily do his laundry, or any other housekeeping if he so desired. I don't see doing laundry or other housekeeping chores as undomly, I would see living in a sty as undomly however.

No, it's not unDomly,I would say its a kink if you find  sexual pleasure in it but if it something you just enjoy doing I would say its more like a hobby or something.

Activities do not make you Dom(me) or sub. If you enjoy doing something, go ahead ans do it. I wash windows but that does not make me a sub. It makes me want to see out the window! Be who you are and never let people tell you how you should act!

He does his work clothes because he tends to strip off in the laundry room and start them immediately. He also will carry the heavy baskets up and down stairs for me. But basically if you decide that this is your time to zen out while mating socks. then go for it. The fact that you made the decision to do it yourself is what makes it a dom activity. Just as if you made the decision that she was to do it, it would then be a sub activity.

That made me smile. Thank you for that! (I'm in the same boat with our three cats and my husband. This 6'2, 300 lbs guy just utterly melting over a kitten in his lap, it's so cute. Makes me not mind having to clean out the catboxes!)

One of the perks of being the Dom is you get to decide what you want to do. If you like to do laundry, then you should do it. Screw what other people say.
